THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK
Hello, I’m Edward.
I’m a finance and bookkeeping professional with more than 14 years of practical experience across bookkeeping, financial administration, management reporting and operational finance.
My finance career started in 2012. Since then I have progressed through finance and administration work, junior and senior accounting roles and broader responsibility for management accounts, month-end processes, budgeting and forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, reconciliations, debtors, creditors, payroll administration and financial reporting.
I have worked close to the operational side of businesses as well as the accounting records themselves. That matters because useful finance support is not only about entering transactions; it is about understanding how the records connect to cash flow, costs, month-end results, controls and the decisions management needs to make.
My approach is practical and disciplined: work from supporting records, reconcile before reporting, keep unresolved items visible and make the financial position easier to understand.
